Most glass products, including front and rear windshields and side windows, are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your windshield repair fails or if your new windshield has any type of defect related to the installation or manufacturing process, we will correct the problem.

Our Windshield Repair Warranty

When you hire us, you will receive a windshield repair warranty in writing. If a repair completed by Great Price Auto Glass fails while you own or lease the vehicle, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

• A second repair if the windshield or window is still intact
• A full credit toward a windshield replacement

Cracks and chips weaken auto glass, so they should be repaired before the damage spreads. We guarantee that the crack will not expand or affect other parts of your windshield or windows after we fix it.

Our Windshield Lifetime Limited Warranty

Great Price Auto Glass warrants installation of new windshields to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the limited warranty. Any defects caused by installation error, for example wind noise, water leaks, loose moldings, etc. will at the option of Great Price Auto glass be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

This Limited warranty is in force for as long as you own the vehicle. This limited warranty does not cover leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism or impacts with foreign objects. If with such repair, Great Price Auto Glass has made chip repairs to your glass and you are not satisfied with such repair, Great Price Auto Glass will credit the cost of the repair toward the replacement of the glass by Great Price Auto Glass.

If you request a repair of a rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or vandalism, you agree that Great Price Auto Glass shall not be responsible for breakage that may occur in attempting such repairs.

Repair or replacement under this limited warranty is your exclusive remedy. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Great Price Auto Glass is will to repair or replace the vehicle glass installed.

Attempts to repair the vehicle glass by anyone other than Great Price Auto Glass automatically voids this limited warranty.
